Mô tả công việc
I. Duties
● Provide excellent consulting and customer service to prospective parents and students.
● Ensure a full understanding of the school’s academic offer and unique selling points.
● Responsible for managing and maintaining the school’s central admissions systems, policies and procedures.
● Undertake administrative processes to handle the admission of students.
● Receive and respond to admissions enquiries.
● Provide school tour information, including information packs to potential parents.
● Follow up with the families that have visited the campus.
● Handle all relevant documentation on students’ applications and admissions.
● Update students’ database and provide relevant reports as and when required.
● Ensure the office environment is both functional and welcoming to prospective parents and students.
● Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all time.
● Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
● Develop systems and strategies that support increased enrollment and parent engagement.
● Ensure all enquiries, school tours, trial classes, interviews, offers, and onboarding steps are conducted professionally and efficiently.
● Maintain updated admissions data, lead tracking, and regular reporting to the School Director and Board.
● Coordinate closely with Academic Leadership, Student & Parent Care/School Office, Academic Affairs, and Operations regarding onboarding, withdrawals, and student records.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families, companies, relocation agents, and local partners.
● Lead and train the Admissions team to provide a high level of customer care and service to ensure they fully understand the school’s academic offer and unique selling points.
● Ensure admissions activities are compliant with the school’s communication, safeguarding, and confidentiality procedure
● Other administrative works related to admissions, budgeting, office management, and student on-boarding process.
● Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

II. Requirement
1. Education
● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or in other related fields.
2. Experience
● Minimum of 5 years of experience with an Educational institution in similar roles or proven track record of relevant work experience demonstrating practical and theoretical knowledge of student admissions.
● Previous experience in K-12 international school would be an advantage.
● Overseas study background or solid understanding of international colleges & universities is a strong plus
3. Skills & Knowledge
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English (plus other language - ideally Korean or Mandarin Chinese)
● Ability to research the labour and competitive markets, analyze trends, and formulate strategic advice for leaders
● Ability to interact and converse well with expatriate parents, teachers and students.
● Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
● Must be self-starter, pro-active and have excellent organizational skills.
● Computer literate and experience in database management systems is an added advantage.
● Possess a pleasant and matured attitude and well groomed.
