• Independently manage project financing transaction, mostly M&A financing and development financing.
• Prepare proposals, translation, teasers, and information memorandum (project information) to work with offshore and local banks.
• Build, maintain, update and improve complex financial models
• Work effectively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data to enable the above
• Conduct analysis on the models and communicate findings effectively
• Review project valuation reports
• Prepare powerpoint presentations for various purposes and stakeholders
• Facilitate follow up questions from banks and agency/ advisors
• Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of term-sheets, Credit Agreement, Mortgage Agreement and Sale & Purchase Agreements
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Preferably with a Degree of Accounting/Finance/Banking
• At least 4 year-experience in investment banking/capital market/deals/advisory/banks
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Highly proficient in creating good powerpoint & presentation
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• A high level of attention to detail
