This attractive opportunity is open for finance professionals who are seeking an in-house role within a renewable energy business based in Danang.
Description
This is a hybrid role that comprises business development and finance. In particular, you are responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
* Build financial models for new opportunities as well as maintain existing financial models for portfolio assets
* Coordinate the due diligence workstreams as part of the evaluation of investment opportunities
* Perform research and analysis to evaluate and execute investment opportunities in the target markets
* Gather data and prepare presentations for external stakeholders
* Support the team in a variety of matters such as finance, commercial, and evaluation of M&A activities
Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
* 5+ years of experience in M&A and/or corporate finance in the Renewable Energy sector in the context of Southeast Asia, most preferably Vietnam
* Strong analytical and modeling skills - being able to build complex models from scratch, meticulous with details, and accurate with numbers
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complicated ideas in an effective and clear manner
* Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
* Ability to work well in a lean team and manage different workstreams simultaneously
