Senior Analyst – Governance Risk Management & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit Program Management

• Support the planning, development, and execution of the overall supplier audit program.

2. Audit Execution

• Perform on-site and remote supplier audits in alignment with the audit plan, evaluating supplier Quality Management Systems for compliance with ISO standards, internal requirements, and industry regulations.

• Work with the supplier to identify non-conformance issues and develop practical, actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare and deliver detailed audit reports, including findings, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.

• Follow up with suppliers to monitor and verify the effective closure of non-conformance issues.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to align audit objectives with organizational goals and supplier management strategies.

Required:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

• Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience conducting factory Quality Management System audits, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

• ISO Knowledge: Proficient in ISO 9001 standards and audit methodologies.

• Language Skills: Strong command of English (both written and verbal) is required. Proficiency in Vietnamese is essential.

• Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to support informed decision-making, coupled with strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct audits, engage with suppliers, and report findings.

• Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel.

Preferred:

• Additional Languages: Strong command in Mandarin (spoken Chinese) is an advantage.

• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Social Compliance and Security Compliance frameworks is a plus.
