Senior Analyst - Operational Risk Team - Risk Management Department

**Key Responsibilities and Duties

- To handle operational risk work including monitoring of operational risk limits, overseeing operational risk events (overseeing the registration, investigation, and action plan of such events), assessing operational risk and setting up necessary policies and procedures as 2nd line of defense;

- To support other projects in Risk Management Department;

- To handle other works and support other teams in Risk Management Department;

- Other assignments by department head or team leader.

**Requirements:

1. Education

- Essential: Bachelor or higher;

- Preferable: Major in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Business Management.

2. Experience and Skills

- Experience: 5 years or more of working experience in banks.

- Skills:

• Fluency in English;

• Logical thinking;

• Good communication skill;

• Good organization & time management skill;

• Teamwork spirit as well as the ability of independent working;

• High integrity & good characteristics & good working attitude;

• Experience in operational risk management is an advantage
