Mô Tả Công Việc
• Review of Input /Output engineering design information
• Coordination work with interface disciplines, such as Civil, Piping, Electrical, Building, HSE, Painting, Insulation and others.
• Coordination work with Client, Vendors, engineering subcontractors and others
• Prepare, Check and Approve technical bid evaluation report
• Coordination work to align design interface with internal other team such as field device, analyzer, construction, etc.
• Design, Prepare, Review and Check the following drawings/deliverables as majority:
- P&ID
- ICSS design philosophy, specifications, architecture and system configuration
- Process Control Narrative, Couse & Effect Diagram, Sequence & Logic Diagrams
- SRS, SIL Verification Procedure & Report
- Alarm Management
- Graphic Display Sketches
- Instrument Index and I/O list
- Instrument Building / Room Layout (Cabinet Layout)
- Instrument Wiring and Connection Diagram
- Design information to ICSS vendor
- Preparation of Inquiry package, including Requisitions
• Prepare technical correspondence and query to Client
• Preparation of Equipment/Material selection and MTO(Material Take-Off)
• Attendance to HAZOP, SIL Classification Meeting
• Manage and incorporate project requirement into Packaged Systems such as Boilers, Compressors and so on
• Manage engineering sub-contractor (Outsource)
• Responsible for man power and agreed execution man hours under his control and engineering deliverable schedule under his control
• Manage and Lead FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at Vendor Factory
• Field Engineering work in Construction site/Module fabrication yard
• Plan and Execute SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and Pre-Commissioning Work including Sequence & Logic test
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
(including 1 year’ experience in FAT, SAT and engineering/supervisor works at construction site)
• Experience of FEED and Proposal/Estimation works is preferable
• Can communicate in English
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment and 2D AutoCAD in all aspects of daily work.
• Knowledge and experience with Instrument and Control engineering work
• Knowledge and experience with IEC and North American codes and international standards and material
• Familiarity with Instrument construction material and installation practices
• Technical Knowledge and experience with SPI tool
