tutti started in 2010 and is the biggest classifieds marketplace in Switzerland with almost 3 million monthly active users. tutti is part of the Swiss Marketplace Group (SMG), one of the largest digital companies in Switzerland, headquartered in Zürich. In our Android Team, we are looking for a passionate engineer located in Vietnam in the position of Senior Android Engineer.
Working in tutti you will be:
- Running one of the biggest Swiss marketplaces with over 300,000 Monthly Active Users on Android
- Keeping a 99% crash-free rate while shipping big features like Messaging
- Working in a modern development methodology (based on Basecamp's Shape Up) where you own the code and the delivery
- Being a full member of our international distributed team
What will you do:
- Work closely with the Product and other development teams
- A positive attitude and passion for your job
- Write clean and maintainable code with Unit and UI tests
- Own major application features and take responsibility for their maintenance and improvement over time
- Knowledge sharing and mentoring other developers
- Challenge the status quo and come up with new ideas and solutions
- Evaluate technologies and keep yourself up to date to the Android technology landscape

What should you bring to start working with us?
- Excellent English communication skills
- 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications on Android. Experience with Kotlin is a must
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous frameworks like Kotlin Coroutines and RxJava
- Strong knowledge of dependency injection frameworks like Koin, Dagger 2 or Hilt
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
- Strong UX/UI design skills and the care to develop world-class user interfaces
- Experience with Jetpack Compose is a plus
- Knowledge of clean architecture and MVVM pattern
- People over processes mentality. You are pragmatic and empathic, you seek understanding before being understood
- Great communicator, in your day-to-day work you will be working closely with a variety of teams including product management, design, and engineering
- Experience with iOS or a cross-platform solution like Flutter or React Native is a plus
