Senior Architect

We’re looking for a Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing

and leading the design of industrial projects, working with clients to understand their needs, and developing

creative solutions that meet their requirements.

Job description

At the investment research stage:

- Participate in surveying and selecting factory construction locations based on client’s requirements

- Preliminary estimate of total investment in factory construction

- Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each construction location from an architectural perspective

At the conceptual design and basic design stages:

- Collect client’s requirements and related regulations

- Coordinate with other disciplines to prepare architectural design documents (site master plan, factory floor plan,

elevation, section and details, location of utility building, and flow of people, materials, and equipment...)

- Present architectural solutions to clients and revise design documents if required

- Estimated architectural costs of the project.

At the detailed design and construction stage

- Coordinate with subcontractors/ partners to control the progress, quality, and supervise their scope of work for

architecture

- Provide support to subcontractors/partners to present architectural solutions to clients, and revise design

documents.

- Prepare validation documents for architectural

Responsibilities:

- Participate in survey/ work at the construction site as requested.

- Collect relevant information from the client, research and apply current architectural regulations/standards and

other related regulations (planning, fire prevention, escape, environment...)

- Prepare architectural design documents according to the scope of the contract

- Present and explain architectural solutions to direct management and clients.

- Manage and control subcontractors/ partners

- Provide information and coordinate with other disciplines to complete design documents

- Prepare validation documents for architectural

- Responsible to direct manager for assigned tasks

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH

- Graduated from university majoring in architecture, having at least 5 years of experience in architectural design

consulting for industrial projects.

- Have a class 1 architectural design practice license

- Clearly understand architectural regulations/standards and other related standards such as (planning, fire

prevention, escape, environment...)

- Proficient in using graphic software (Revit is an advantage)

- Experienced in building 3D models of the entire factory and preparing 3D videos.

- Have knowledge and experience in BIM

- Have presentation and explanation skills about design solutions

- Have organize and perform work and team management skills

- English: proficiency is an advantage.
