Senior Architect

A Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring creative, technical, and operational excellence. This role involves managing project teams, liaising directly with clients, overseeing the full project lifecycle, and maintaining high standards of design quality and technical precision using Revit and other BIM-related software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead client meetings to gather project requirements, understand visions, and define scopes.

- Manage architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

- Develop and present project proposals, feasibility studies, and design strategies.

- Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and drafters; assign tasks and monitor progress.

- Adjust and refine design concepts and construction documents based on client feedback and project constraints.

- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using Revit and other CAD software.

- Conduct site analysis, research environmental impacts, and compile feasibility reports.

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and planning regulations.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.

- Oversee project budgets, resource allocations, and schedules.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technological advancements.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.

- 5–6 years of professional experience in architectural design, with proven experience leading projects and design teams.

- Strong portfolio showcasing Revit-based projects (Portfolio submission required).

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, and Microsoft Office.

- Deep understanding of BIM workflows and project lifecycle management.

- Excellent leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities.

- Knowledge of international and local building codes, standards, and regulations.

- Architectural certification/license is highly preferred.

- Creative thinking, critical problem-solving skills, and strong visualization ability.
