Senior Architect (CV In English)

Drafting layouts, elevations, and construction details for residential remodeling projects.

• To be involve in project development from concept design (mostly) to tender document, construction document.

• Contribute ideas, study and share knowledge, skill with other members in design team.

• Examine by comparing core technologies in each specialized field, following superior’s instruction.

• Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with Client.

• Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).

• Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.

• Identify successful examples in projects, and analyze factors of defect cases.

• Other works assigned by Superior.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.

• Having at least 3 years of experience.

• Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standard, building code.

• Proficiency in Auto-Cad, Sketchup, PS.

• Basic knowledge on Revit or other BIM software is required. Having good experience working with BIM, ISO 1965 is an advantage.

• Can work OT and stand high pressure, having sense of organizing his own work.

• Proactive thinking, creative, hard working.

• Used to work for Japanese constructor is an advantage.

• Good at English.

• Male: max 40 years of age.

• Work at HCM office (sometimes go to site).
