Senior Architect/ Project Leader

The Senior Architect will work under the direction of the Chief Architects.

In some case, you will play a role as a Project Leader/Team Leader in leading architectural design teams throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

- Lead/coordinate with members in the project team to develop design ideas/design solutions for assigned projects

- Lead a Project Team and overall management of the team (as a Project Leader-Team Leader) when assigned

- Manage and run/operate of the assigned projects from strategic/conceptual design through to detailed documentation and completion.

- Manage project timelines and control the design process

- Provide professional feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of design; propose solutions to arising issues; bear the ultimate responsibility for project success

- Delegate and assign tasks to team members effectively.

- Mentor and guide junior architects within the team.

- Produce/perform drawings and design documents of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed.

- Review project documents/drawings for quality assurance;

- Act as the main point of contact between the client, internal design team, and technical consultants to ensure that each project meets quality, timeline, budget, and technical feasibility objectives.

- Participate in presentations, design reviews, and meetings with clients

* Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

- +10 years of experience in the field of architectural design; experienced in leading projects and teams is preferable.

- Strong ability to give direction and develop design ideas/design solutions

- Experienced in designing high-rise apartment buildings and hotels/resorts is an advantage

- Strong leadership skills, client collaboration abilities, project timeline management abilities, high sense of responsibility

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, etc.

- Proficient in English

4. SALARY: negotiate/ based on experience and skills
