JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design & Production: Produce urban and architectural plans, diagrams, studies, and drawings with precision and creativity.

• Concept Development: Contribute innovative concepts and ideas to assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Graphic Excellence: Deliver high-quality graphic production—prioritizing legibility, visual impact, and rigor in presentation.

• Deliverables: Create presentation files, brochures, and models to support project communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Deadline Management: Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining the highest standards of work quality.

• Team Collaboration: Proactively support the team, taking responsibility for tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Process Adherence: Apply company working methods and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.

KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Sustainability Focus: Demonstrate engagement in sustainable development practices.

• Regulatory Expertise: Understand Vietnamese urban planning regulations and local practices to ensure compliance and relevance.

• Presentation Skills: Ability to confidently present projects to clients, stakeholders, or internal teams.

DEGREE

Master’s degree in architecture and/or urban Planning, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in urban planning and/or architecture and/ or transport-oriented projects at various scales.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary:

o 100% salary during the 2-month probation period.

o Gross salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

o 13th-month salary bonus.
