Brand Strategy
• Assist in long-term brand planning and vision
• Develop annual brand plans and initiatives
• Monitor brand health and positioning
Marketing Campaign Management
• Plan and execute 360-degree campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital)
• Coordinate with creative/media agencies
• Track and optimize campaign effectiveness (KPIs)
New Product Development (NPD)
• Collaborate with R&D and Insights for innovation pipeline
• Support product concept testing and validation
• Work on packaging design and go-to-market strategy
Budgeting & Financial Management
• Own brand-level marketing budget
• Ensure effective ROI on marketing spend
• Monitor and report financial performance
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Align with Trade Marketing on in-store plans
• Coordinate with Sales to support sell-in/sell-out
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure product availability
Consumer & Market Insights
• Conduct market research and consumer studies
• Analyze Nielsen, Kantar, and internal data
• Identify trends and competitor moves
Yêu cầu công việc
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Work Experience
3–5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector, ideally in food, beverage, or packaged goods.
Proven experience in launching or managing branded products with measurable business impact.
Marketing & Strategic Skills
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand-building principles.
Experience managing ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
Capable of developing marketing plans and executing them effectively.
Ability to work with and interpret market data from Nielsen, Kantar, and internal research.
Analytical & Financial Acumen
Competent in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and financial performance.
Familiar with budgeting, ROI tracking, and P&L basics.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Collaboration & Project Management
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.
Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Tools & Digital Literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and media buying platforms is a plus.

High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
