We are looking at hiring individuals with experience in specific domains as indicated below.
The individual should have relevant work experience in industries such as CPG, financial institutes (banking, insurance, credit organization, etc.), media, e-commerce, etc. or current/prior management consulting experience. Areas of relevant experience include:
• Define customer journeys for company’s products/services
• Identify personas for target segments
• Present/interview or facilitate client workshop
• Customer interview & market research
• Build future processes to deploy digital/automation processes to improve CX
• Define CX KPIs and Measurements metrics for CX team and related stakeholders
• Build CX Strategy
• Analyze customer data and generate CX reports (CX dashboard)
• Implement measurements of CX KPIs, CX survey
• Build and promote a “Customer-centric” culture

• The individual should bring relevant work experience in the above domains or should have prior/current consulting work experience.
• The individual should be well versed in data analysis using Excel/Power Query/Power BI or other data analytics tools.
• Critical and creative problem-solving skills to meet client needs using a blend of intuition and analysis, have a balance between strategic and operational focus.
• Capability for quick learning and adapting to new challenges, environment, context, and team dynamics.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written), good power-point skills that help to promote clarity and present persuasive options.
• The individual should be able to interact with the clients across levels and work in teams.
• Willing to travel and work out of remote client locations.
• Strong team working skills and project management.
• Good command of both professional English and Vietnamese.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business domains + MBA from premier institutes
• 3-7 years of work experience in the industry or consulting experience. Experience in the following industries is considered a plus: CPG, financial institutes (banking, insurance, credit organization, etc.), media, e-commerce, etc.
