Senior Associate, Engineering, Estate Management

• Ensure smooth and effective daily operations within the industrial park.

• Conduct daily checks, maintain checklists, and monitor equipment to ensure optimal functioning of technical systems such as mechanical and electrical systems, infrastructure, buildings, and landscape while promoting energy efficiency.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on technical systems including electricity, water, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting systems, cameras, fire protection, landscape, and infrastructure within the industrial park.

• Monitor and report equipment status to department management, providing timely maintenance plans for operational efficiency.

• Enforce labor safety and fire prevention regulations, regularly monitoring compliance for tenants, guests, and workers within the industrial park.

• Coordinate the early intervention, inspection, takeover and daily management, and operation of target projects.

• Maintains operating condition of project and equipment, and completes simple repairs.

• Ensure the industrial portfolio (factories, offices, warehouses, recreational accommodation, etc.) operates efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of all internal and external stakeholders (tenant, vendor, authority, etc.)

• Be the first responder in handling emergencies at property.

• Other duties / assignment from management from time to time.

• Hold a college degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial park management.

• Customer-centric and detailed oriented.

• Ability to handle daily issue situations and solve complaints from clients.

• Interpersonal skills.

• Good interaction with other teams, strong communication and influencing skills.

• High level of initiative, integrity, and professionalism.

• Proficiency in English communication and document reading is advantageous.

• Ability to work in Yên Trung commune, Bac Ninh province.
