Senior Associate – HR Shared Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle staff's inquiries via service portal (SNOW) and HC hotline

• Handle staff benefit administration including self-insured, group life, medical insurance schemes as well as expatriate, partner & director's benefit administration. Develop benefit instructions, guidelines, processes, etc… and conduct annual review

• Assist HRBP team for data requests, performance evaluation, promotion/salary review exercises, new programs/initiatives, etc.

• Prepare, check and maintain annual salary letter, spot bonus letter, POA, labour contract, annex, transfer letter and other labour documents, etc.

• Prepare reports or proposals to DOLISA for manager’s review

• Participate in project implementation and initiatives

• Perform other activities as ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• University degree

• At least 3-year working experience in Compensation and Benefits or customer service roles, experience in working in MNC companies is an advantage

• Good knowledge of HR, related laws and regulations

• Good at numerical reasoning, logical thinking and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented

• Mature, careful and result-oriented

• Proactive with ability to be innovative and drive things forward

• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
