- Set up and Manage Time Attendance system for all the companies under SABECO system.
- Manage and Operate Human Capital (HC) Information System related to technical operations and database management.
- Implement the designing of HC business intelligence reports.
- Be responsible for user manuals and training to end users of the HC system.
- Be responsible for assisting and or managing the deployment of HC system at subsidiaries.
- Be in charge of employee data cleansing and data management of HC system.
- Manage, record & monitor of monthly attendance, leave and overtime.
- Reconcile payroll, time attendance, OT reports and other assigned C&B-related reports.
- Coordinate with related department and subsidiaries including person in charge to support and manage time attendance of employees.
- Ensure process & procedure of time attendance including improve on Form, documents related to time attendance management.
- Be responsible in reports related to time sheet & attendance for human capital management including verify attendance, correct the information and review in detail related to clock in & clock out.
- Timely update and review HC policies and procedure to ensure all details aligned with Vietnam Labor Law.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HCIS Manager and HC Director.
- At least 2-3 years of working in HR, familiar with time attendance and passionate about HRIS.
- Good English writing and speaking skills.
- Previous experience as HRIS consultant is an advantage.
- Skills in HR report design and data analysis.
- Available to start job immediately is an advantage.
