Senior Associate In Partnerships

***ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be:

● Support Board of Directors, Managers and Senior Associate in Partnerships in maintaining relationships with existing Clients;

● Participate in building business development strategies and plans aligned with company’s values and KPI;

● Lead proposals and tenders upon requested; focusing on Urban Design, Landscape Design, and Architecture Design services;

● Exploit and develop new potential business opportunities (in planning, designing and technological solution);

● Negotiate and review contract terms and update them to fit legal needs or new company policies;

● Follow up with contract’s payment;

● Develop company’s brands via direct communications (attend client’s meetings, events, networking, conferences, …)

● Support in marketing material preparation, events organization, and coordination with partners, suppliers and vendors;

● Provide translation for the projects/ marketing dossiers upon assigned;

● Other duties as assigned.

***REQUIREMENTS

We’d love to hear from you if …

● A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Urban design, Landscape Design and Architectural Design;

● Minimum 05 years of experience in business development, account management and tender writing specified to Architecture, Landscape design, and Urban design services;

● Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;

● Be the person who is self-confident, loves networking, enjoys presenting and public speaking;

● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships;

● Self-motivated and able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
