Senior Associate, Key Account Management

1. Must have experience in manage categories or retailer in Merchandising, to manage & in line with business model to meet buyer`s demand.

2. Having pricing strategy to maximize Sales & Profitability.

Work with internal team to develop and maintain the Pricing Strategy for the Categories and also watch out competitors to have the Competitiveness in Pricing and also having PnL protection.

3. Full responsibility for decisions on Focus Assortment, Visibilities & Stock Inventory, promotions & mindshare channel.

4. Strong in negotiation skill to work daily progress with seller to keep the supply base more competitiveness.

5. Find out and catch up with Buyer Demand and market trend for guideline in new product listings.

6. Having Experience in ECommerce is an advantage.

- At least 2 years experience in Buying or Purchasing.

- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.

- Experiences within categories management with prior experience in buying team.

- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).

- Customer-focused.

- Good communication and Strong negotiation skills.

- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Strong analytical ability and good in data / figures.
