Mô Tả Công Việc
- Create contracts and make payment request to support business activities
- In charge of partnership potential discussion with trainers
- Be the contact person to work with Back-office Departments such as Finance & Accounting, Legal, Operations
- Follow-up with trainers throughout partnership process from reaching-out to course completion
- Be responsible to maintain and improve all accounting related procedure including coordination and workflow
- Other logistic and administrative tasks: payment request for external relations, trainer's revenue tracker etc.
- Other additional tasks: creating survey on course quality, creating production procedure, etc.
- Support course production including quality check and content writing

- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative officer/ associate
