Engineering associated with the delivery of new products (cars, trucks, components) including feasibility, process design, equipment procurement, installation, launch support, as well as supporting ongoing production for carryover products (changes associated with quality concerns, cost reductions, regulatory updates or manufacturing issues). Activities performed also include: development and publication of technical standards for tools, equipment, facilities and processes; and, researching new manufacturing and engineering methods, processes, and tools
• Assist Ford plants/facility (Including Joint Venture) with corporate policy related.
• Lead programs and launches following standards and ensure appropriate milestones are met to achieve program/launch timing, cost, and quality targets. Defines work streams and resourcing for the most complex programs/ launches
• Develop gauging and dimensional control equipment to support manufacturing new product designs and apply knowledge of gauging and dimensional equipment in the execution of the process.
• Design, develop, install, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, waste water, etc., systems in facility development. Works Globally to improve the global process to standardize and improve the costs of contract execution for construction and facilities.
• Machine control systems and technologies; apply control standards and specifications to ensure equipment compliance in delivering the manufacturing process.
Possess a strong understanding and familiarity with:
• Experience in Global Vehicle Operations Structure Standards (GVOSS).
• Experience GSPAS process.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Teamcenter skill, LD strategic
• Sheet Metal, Dimensional control skill

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering field. (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering or related field).
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Automotive industrial company.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to adapt working hours as needed within a Global Organization (e.g. night time conference calls)
• Willing to travel as needed to support regional operations.
