Senior Brand & Marcom Executive - Hanoi

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Senior Brand & MarCom Executive to join our team in Hanoi. The job holder will carry out initiatives in market research, branding, and marketing communication for the company’s assets, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. The idea candidate should have a solid background in marketing, preferably in the industrial real estate sector, and should be proficient in English and Vietnamese.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage communication platforms and mediums

• Liaison with media and other marketing stakeholders

• Handle all internal and external marketing materials

• Organise marketing and related events and campaigns

• Manage company branding strategy and maintenance

• Manage product branding strategy and maintenance

• Conduct research on market, economies, industries, and stakeholders, to support branding and marcom strategies

• Analyse data from market research and provide feedback to management and marketers

• Carry out other relevant duties assigned by the company

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing / communication / branding experience, preferably in the industrial real estate sector.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to work in Hanoi and travel as required.
