Senior Brand Manager

We are looking for candidates with strong strategic planning and brand building background to help take the Masterise Homes brand to new horizons. The Brand Manager will play a key role in the Marketing Team who shapes the brand perception, identify opportunities and develop brand strategies for that of the Company as well as that of its projects, which comprise of Branded Residences and other world standard luxury properties.

Responsibilities

1. Develop well-thought out, sharp Brand Strategies for Masterise Group and its subsidiaries, and as well as for Projects assigned, basing on market insights and in-depth analysis.

2. Generate sound insights for different target segments, explore means of obtaining target understanding including research, and dissipate insights among team members for strategic exploration.

3. Plan, manage and implement marketing activities for various corporate projects. This entails project management skills, budget control, and working with other functional teams.

4. Ensure all creative ideas and execution are of world-class quality, in line with the high standards at Masterise Homes.

5. Develop Corporate brand guidelines, be the gatekeeper on such guidelines, and refine them proactively as needed

6. Proactively recommend ideas to the Head of Marketing and the Deputies that would help the Company build its leadership in the industry.

7. Gauge the Brand Health of the Company periodically, conduct necessary studies, and make strategic recommendations based on findings.

8. Work in synergy with other functional teams and project marketing team, demonstrating team-player spirit.

9. Identify and engage the best agency partners to support our brand building initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field

• 8+ years relevant experience in brand management or strategic planning

• Experience in real estate, finance, banking, or insurance is preferred

• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
