An exciting opportunity for a passionate and strategic marketer to take ownership of brand deployment and campaign execution in a fast-paced consumer goods organization. This role offers the chance to lead impactful marketing initiatives, optimize brand performance, and collaborate across functions to bring brand strategies to life in the Vietnam market.
Description
This role plays a critical part in deploying and evaluating brand campaigns - including new product launches, brand equity projects, and product enhancement initiatives. The Marketing Deployment Manager will be responsible for monitoring brand performance through in-depth analysis of market insights, sales data, and brand health metrics to propose strategic action plans.
The position also manages brand-related budgets, oversees the annual product cycle process across SKUs, and drives productivity and optimization initiatives within the marketing function.
Beyond execution, the role involves leading cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication between marketing and other departments, and championing a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in trade marketing or brand management within a sizeable FMCG organization, preferably multinational. You should possess a solid foundation in brand and portfolio management, with proven ability to translate insights into effective marketing and shopper campaigns. Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the Vietnam retail landscape are key.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence across functions, and fluency in both English and Vietnamese are essential. A university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Candidates with a growth mindset and passion for brand excellence will thrive in this role.
