Job Requirements
• Minimum 7 years professional experience in engineering consulting specializing in bridge engineering. Candidates without the required working experience will be considered for a Bridge Engineer role instead.
• Recognized Civil Engineering qualification (Bachelor / Master Degree)
• Proven technical proficiency and experience in bridge design and analysis on infrastructure projects in Ho Chi Minh City and overseas, including experience in the design and detailing of precast segmental viaducts.
• Sound understanding and application of international design codes and local practices and commonly used bridge analysis software such as MIDAS, Sofistik or similar
• Aurecon shares work widely between offices so candidates will be expected to work on projects from other countries in South East Asia and Australia and therefore good communication skills in English are essential
• Be able to prepare detailed design reports and work with technicians on the preparation of construction drawings
• Energetic, proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles and working closely with Contractors/Clients
