Strategy & Planning:
- Ensure that deliverables meet business requirements and Operations's goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business issues.
- Review and analyze existing system, process, workflow effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving all of them.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans how to improve the production, productivity, quality and customer experiences.
Acquisition & Deployment:
- Collaborate with IT, Users, and Stakeholders/system owners from preparing requirements to go-live function/applications/ programs.
- Liaise proactively with suppliers/ vendors and internal stakeholders to address issues in programs.
- Design communication plan, well prepare user guide for user, follow up and maintenance system performance.

2nd Position: Digital Innovation Senior Specialist (Product Owner background)
Project planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional work with different business units to develop the business requirements and ensure effective implementation.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure the UIUX is user-friendly and also meet with the requirement of business.
- Conduct analysis & work closely with the technical team to define the appropriate digital solution for solving business problems/opportunities.
- Understand business processes to revise, enhance or review & pre-approve related documents, process diagrams and wireframes conducted by IT.
Project delivery
- Take part in project management tasks according to the approved plan
- Take lead in project administration tasks as assigned to keep the project moving forward
- Coordinate with IT & all other related stakeholders for provision of comprehensive project documentation, project delivery plan, cost estimation, testing & issue management, requirement cascading through the development life cycle.
- Assist Delivery Manager to rollout new product/service. Such assistance may include project operations - training and coaching to user on how to use the application system, creating manuals or participating in UAT, etc.
Change management activities
- Provide product’s properties, unique selling points and how to use guideline to Digital Product Marketing team to ensure communication activities and training courses together with stakeholders are effective implementation
- Conduct surveys/ interviews to understand users’ insights and initiate relevant enhancements/ new functions to improve end-users’ experience.
- Monitor the performances of platforms/ functions to provide a suitable plan to improve digital matrix such as MAU, adoption rate, retention rate, etc.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University/College graduated of Economic or Technology.
- Insurance knowledge, system knowledge are advantages
- At least 2 years experiences in the insurance industry.
- Understand about Life Asia System (LAS), web-based, app-based, platforms is more preferred.
- English skills: at least is reading, writing
- Good communication skills, Problem solving skills, Dealing with others
2nd Position: Digital Innovation Senior Specialist (Product Owner background)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing or relevant fields
- 2-4 years relevant experience in digital transformation, digital banking/finance, digital innovation
- Experiencing in BA/PO position, Project Management or other relevant experience of software/platform development or related working on Digital/Technical product, having insurance background is a plus
- Experiencing of designing, creating and documenting software solutions
- Experiencing of working in a fast-paced working environment.
- Basic knowledge in project management and coordination skills
- Articulate, passionate, flexible and tenacious
- Analytics experience required, process modeling & visualization skills
- English Professional English fluency
