Senior Business Analyst/ Chuyên Viên Cao Cấp Phân Tích Kinh Doanh

- Analyze data from various sources to identify key business trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the ride-hailing industry

- Assist in the development of business strategies, product roadmaps, and operational plans based on data-driven insights

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on business performance and trends

- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address specific business challenges or opportunities

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the ride-hailing and transportation sectors

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the technology or transportation industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages
