RESPONSIBILITIES
• We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Domain: Logistics) to collaborate with our clients in delivering logistics software solutions that elevate supply chain efficiency.
• In this role, you will serve as the principal consultant for logistics processes, facilitating seamless integration across operations, planning, and technology.
• This role will champion best practices, optimize cost management, and enhance customer service through effective logistics strategies and solutions.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the logistics or supply chain domain.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain planning.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with logistics systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Native English speaking
Nice to have
• Certifications such as CBAP, CSCP …
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (MBA or equivalent is a plus.)
