Scan It is a solution to collect data from purchase invoices using the latest OCR (optical character recognition) technology, helping brands to implement promotions, reward consumers, and at the same time helps brands connect with consumers through post-purchase interaction programs.
Scan It enhances the customers experience and builds genuine loyalty through forming ongoing purchasing habits.
Scan It helps to accurately record purchase information, minimizes errors when entering manually, eliminates the need to stock up on gifts, reduces costs incurred by loyalty programs and customer promotions: operating personnel, cost of setting promotional booths, etc., eventually to support our B2B clients/ brands to deliver a better consumer experience to their end users.
Building up a team with sales-driven and teamwork spirit
Setting goals and developing strategies for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Developing Sales Process & Appealing Commission Scheme for Sales Team; Competitive Commercial Terms for B2B Clients
Supporting team to pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle
Supporting the product development focusing on customer success and engagement
Maintain proper coordination among internal teams - project management, included but not limited to response to complaints (if any) and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
Proactively communicate the project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc.
Updating sales materials to meet with client’s expectations
Keeping learning and observing the market to support the product development in next phases
Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager
