Mô Tả Công Việc
- Recruit, manage and support BDMs in the assigned management area.
- At the same time, directly build and manage an Agent Group like a BDM, including:
+ Continuously search and select suitable Agents to add to the Agent Group.
+ Develop and promote cooperation channels to expand recruitment sources of potential Agents.
+ Manage, monitor and evaluate the working and promotion process of Agents according to the company mechanism.
2. Guarantee sales agent ratio (activity ratio): 20%
- Discuss and coordinate with lower BDMs to come up with activity plans for lower Agents and Agent Managers on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Proactively create activities to encourage and motivate the Sales Agent force and sell regularly.
- Create and maintain a vibrant, positive and responsible working environment.
- Lead and supervise Agents to maintain a positive attitude, always do and spread the right thing
3. Ensure the completion of revenue plan (GWP): 60%
- Supervise and urge the lower BDMs to ensure the completion of assigned revenue plans
- Manage performance and sales results of Agent Groups; Proactively and promptly provide appropriate action plans to ensure the completion of revenue goals of the Direct and Indirect Groups
- Constantly look for solutions to improve the sales efficiency of the Agent team
- Continuously seek and develop new distribution channels to create new growth drivers.
- Perform other responsibilities and tasks assigned periodically and/or as required.

- Have at least 03 years of experience in Business Management in industries: banking, finance, fintech, real estate, telecommunications...

- Experience in coaching/training and developing sales teams
