Mô Tả Công Việc

*Main tasks:
• Promote & build awareness of Pegasi’s capabilities to an existing client or prospective client
• Develop sales by making Cold Calls/Warm Calls/Hot Calls/Meetings with clients to find out their recruitment demands
• Consult the suitable solutions to help client can recruit talents successfully
• Identify client requirements with Recruitment Consulting Department
• Call, meet, and follow up with clients to build a long-term relationship
• Consult and introduce suitable candidates to clients
• Manage the working process between Clients, Recruitment Consultants, and Candidates effectively
• Get feedback from clients and colleagues to improve continuously
• Complete the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target revenue, and KPIs (calls, meeting clients, wow services, new clients, …)
• Support team and company to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target revenue
• Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

• Graduated from University
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales (B2B)
• Sales experience in Consulting, Enterprise Platforms - Human Resource Management, Job Portal, Insurance/Broker Insurance (B2B), Staffing and Recruiting, Payroll Services, Headhunting
• Good communication in English
• Passion for Recruiting/Headhunting services
• Result-oriented and money-oriented
• Hard-working and willing to learn
• Integrity and Straight-talk
