Senior Business Development Specialist
Job description
• Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Plan and design impactful campaigns that address the current sales barriers using all available marketing programs
• Provide sales project management to the commercial activity, product line and services.
• Create, deploy and ensure that commercial initiatives (sales plan, sales kit, customers-engaged activity) are used for all hospitals and sites.
• Carry financial accountability for sales projects, managing interactions and coordination cross-functionally with leadership (Digital marketing, Branding, Customer Services, Direct sales, Suppliers and partners)
• Communicate and influence partnership programs and relationships.
• Break down campaign components/programs into action plans including deliverables and timelines
• Stay up to date on deal progressions and development, proactively look for opportunities to support sales & marketing programs
• Measure, analyze and report on all performance metrics to prove impact and drive demand
• Create post campaign debriefs that outline results, sales impact and learnings
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role with proven track record of leading sales with marketing insight
• In charge of sales quotas, with expertise in developing new services and product lines, and with multi-channel sales (B2B, B2C, B2B2C..)
• Experience in sales within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries would be beneficial
• Strong relationship-building skills, focusing on increasing sales and profitability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions
• Leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders and all levels of internal and external organizations
• Driven and goal-oriented individual
