Senior Business Efficiency & Reconciliation Management Specialist

Objectives

Prepare, maintain management report, tracking sales efficiency and coordinate with internal departments and related partners to ensure reconciliation and settlement of Bancassurance Business Center are completed accurately and timely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Monitor KPI performance setting & review

2.Conduct management reports, P&L reports and other periodic business reports

3.Coordinate with internal departments/ partners to ensure smooth and effective premium reconciliation/ contract management activities

4.Coordinate with internal departments and partners to build a coordination process between the parties in terms of contract management, reconciliation, payment and settlement for new products and campaigns.

5.Maintain product & channel P&L

6.Implementing other activities as request by line manager

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields

• At least 03 years of working experience in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields

• Analytical skills

• Negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office skills
