Senior Buyer and Material Control

- Control order parameters to ensure orders are successfully released through the system.

- Review all orders, including adjustments, updates and modifications before release.

- Release orders to suppliers and purchasing departments based on current order plans.

- Perform periodic order release reports.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle backlogs, minimize error rates when releasing orders.

- Check and process orders that need to be issued additionally.

- Monitor and update issues related to orders.

- Handle outstanding orders from previous periods.

- Coordinate with the IT department to handle technical errors related to orders.

- Perform other reports as required by management.

- University degree (priority given to majors related to Economics, Management, Supply Chain or equivalent).

- At least 3 years of experience in positions related to Order Planning or Supply Chain.

- Fluent in English or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
