Senior C&B Executive

Job Title: Senior Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits)

Location: Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi, Tay Ho, Ha Noi

Working Time: 08:30 - 17:30 Mon - Fri

Direct Report: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compensation & Benefits

- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Prepare labor contract (including probation contract, labor contract and renewal labor contract)

- Make monthly PIT declaration; Process full-cycle PIT finalization process in compliance with Tax Law

- Maintain and regularly audit payroll records, personal income tax, insurance, and labor contracts.

- Manage and perform employee benefits programs; Administer social insurance (SI, HI, UI), personal accident insurance, and other welfare schemes.

- Administer leave management (annual leave, sick leave, etc.) and ensure accurate record keeping.

2. HR Policy & Welfare System Development

- Propose the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and systems related to employee welfare and HR policy

- Develop and improve C&B-related policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.

- Conduct internal benchmarking and employee surveys to assess welfare needs and propose relevant policy updates.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Provide timely support for employee inquiries related to salary, insurance, tax, and welfare policies

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with regards to C&B components.

- Assist HRM in solving labor conflicts within assigned scope (if any)

- Assist with engagement and retention initiatives through internal events, reward and recognition program

4. HR Comliance

- Ensure HR practices comply with Vietnamese Labor Law and internal company policies.

- Report and propose solutions (if any) about Labor Law / Tax Law on PIT / Insurance or related further legal documents

Job Specifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- At least 3–5 years of experience in C&B, preferably in company size at more than 200 employees

- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, payroll, tax, and insurance regulations

- Experience with HR software and proficiency in MS Excel and data management

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality

- Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)
