• Coordinate with Finance Department regarding the payroll process to ensure timely and accurately remittance to employees.
• Timely update the Government's circulars and decrees on wages, SHUI & PIT to propose the updates on the implementation of the salary regime.
• Ensure the communication and implementation of C&B, welfares and reward policies in proper manner and following the current regulations.
• Directly answer questions and complaints about policies on salaries, bonuses, and benefits of employees and employees’ social insurance policy.
• Implement the annual PIT finalization for full-time employees and internal freelancers following the updated timeline and regulations.
• Ensure the implementation and accuracy of periodically labor/ social insurance and PIT reports.
• Support the job evaluations/job leveling utilizing ranking methods, pair comparison and job classification; and recommends salary grades for new or revised jobs in the organization.
• Implement and monitor staff performance evaluation/KPI assessment periodically.
• As per requirements, analyze data and prepare C&B reports and statistical summaries; escalate issues and propose solutions.
• Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by C&B Team Leader/ Supervisor
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor regulations, social insurance & regulations of personal income tax regulation.
• Previous work experience in a multinational company and/or production platform is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of working experience in C&B. Prior experience of working with HRIS software and Performance management systems is preferred.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, data analytic & reporting skills. Experience in analyzing and working with complicated data is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner & quickly adapt.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
