Mô Tả Công Việc
- Resolve employee’s problems about salary, benefits, company policies
- Complete periodic HR reports (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) as required by Manager/ Audit/ State agencies.
- Update the new law relating to HR for developing and updating Company regulations and policies in compliance with current Vietnamese labor law
- Support and run HRM system smoothly.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have at least 05 years of experience in C&B at large Organization (Retail, F&B, Food Manufacturing Companies with more than 1,000 headcounts).
- Have knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws
- Excellent in Excel, Good at English
- Familiar with HRM software is an advantage
- Good communication skill, analysis skill, logic management skill.
