- Build up monthly plan for in app campaign including signature BAEMIN food collection, flash sales, base promotion to trigger user and increase habit of order that can achieve the platform KPIs;
- Develop the idea and content for promotional campaigns in a creative way to follow the Brand Identity. The campaign’s idea is created with various scenarios such as percentage discount, actual amount discount, social contests, voucher redemption, point collecting, sampling, coupons, rebates, gifts, etc.;
- Collaborate closely with the Merchant team to invite partners for campaign participation;
- Collaborate closely with Branding, Media, Partnership & Design Center to co-create initiatives.
2. Data Tracking:
- Daily tracking of the target deliverable;
- Ensure to keep tracking and optimize for all promotional campaigns to determine their effectiveness, meeting business targets within a funded budget;
- Research market & track competitor activities to propose innovative ideas.
3. Project Leading:
- Be able to lead large projects with multiple stakeholders both inside and outside the company and manage project timelines.
4. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3-year of professional experience working as a campaign marketer in e-commerce industry;
- Ecommerce campaign deployment: master the use of different software’s & platforms for campaign posting CRM;
- Analytical skill: Being able to read actionable insights from relevant data sources and turn learnings into actions; and good command of different analysis tools: Data Studio and SQL language are highly preferred;
- Branding Knowledge: Being able to establish a key selling point for each promotion plan. Being able to brief the design & content team for the right communication. Being able to judge the right communication (arts & copies) that best deploy the campaign;
- Problem Solving skills: Being able to break the platform KPIs into different commercial KPIs. Come up with the right action plans and corrections if needed to ensure the target delivery. Collect users & insights both qualitatively and quantitatively and be able to craft the right promotion for different users & insights/groups;
- Ability to multitask and manage project priorities to meet deadlines, without compromising quality;
- Excellent speaking/writing skills in English;
