Senior Campaign & Merchandise Executive
Job description
Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager you will be responsible for :
• Be responsible to manage team under (4-6 members) on Influencer Affiliate performance, Campaign management and E-Merchandising on TikTokshop.
o Influencer Affiliate: Be responsible to create affiliate marketing plan to promote multiple affiliate products to attract new customers via top creators.
o Campaign Management: Plan and manage an integrated campaign calendar based on brand & partners activities, especially peak season of TikTokshop: Tet campaign, Mid Year, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12.
o E-merchandising: Manage and control product and brand appearance in both homepage and cat- page (banners, product images…) to make sure the website/platforms always presented in a good manner and best practice for user experiences: Check and ensure all onsite visibilities are delivered effectively in both timeline and sale revenue targeted
• Accompany, support and guide/training for team under to reach target and to grow based on company and team’s value.
• Work with internal cross-functions (Commercial, Digital, E-Merchandising, Creative,..) – as well as external partners to deliver best-in-class E-commerce campaign, consumer experience, and business results/ KPIs from planning to execution.
• Work with the related team (Commercial, Data) to provide affiliate performance insights, campaign performance insights, evaluation and suggest key learnings to share with brands & partner.
• Understand and analyze platform reports to make sure bad/good performance is noticed and key points can be shared within the team.
• Proactive in suggesting any methods and campaign push sales revenues and increase shopper engagement with the site.
• Working closely with internal teams to plan, develop and execute value mechanisms that generate sales revenue.
• Collaborate with the internal team, agency, and other vendor partners to optimize the user experience
Job requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Retail, Business Management, Consulting or relevant…
• 2-3 year of experience with Ecommerce, influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Marketing Executive (Influencer /Advertising/Digital Agency…).Solid understanding of Retail/Omni-channel business in Health, Beauty, FMCG, ….
• KPI-oriented and data-driven mindset.
• Update E-Commerce and Social Media trends, interesting initiatives, and market best practices.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
