Senior C&B/ Payroll Manager (Can speak English or Chinese)

Job Overview:

Responsible for HR outsourcing services (Employer of Record / Payroll / Staffing / HR Outsourcing), ensuring compliance in attendance, payroll, social insurance, and contract management of outsourced employees for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management:

Handle payroll calculations, social insurance declarations, and personal income tax management; ensure accuracy and compliance of billing.

- Contract Management:

Manage employment contract signing, renewals, and administration; ensure all employment relationships comply with Vietnamese labor law.

- Employee Support:

Respond to outsourced employee inquiries regarding payroll, social insurance, and contracts; handle complaints and disputes.

- Reporting:

Provide regular reports on workforce management, including headcount changes, payroll costs, and compliance audits.

- Client Service:

Liaise with client HR, finance, and legal departments to provide HR support and compliance consulting.

- Onsite Support:

Occasionally work onsite at the client’s office as a project manager to handle outsourced workforce management tasks.

- Vendor Management:

Develop and manage partnerships with qualified outsourcing vendors; identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

- Fluent in English or Chinese

- Must meet at least two of the following criteria:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Experience in Vietnam’s local HR service industry

• Experience in HR management in Vietnam

• Familiar with Vietnam labor law and outsourcing compliance; open to irregular or project-based onsite assignments

• Experience in EOR/Payroll/HR Outsourcing/Staffing or in-house HR in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics sectors
