Senior CargoWise1 (CW1) Back-office Support

I. Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior CW1 Back-office Support to join our Vietnam branch and support the operations of Prime Global Logistics branches in Australia. This role requires solid experience working with CargoWise One (CW1), logistics process understanding, and the ability to ensure data accuracy, process control, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Australian Operations and Finance teams, taking ownership of workflows and mentoring junior staff when required.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control shipment data on CW1 for multiple branches (Air, Sea, LCL/FCL).

• Review and validate data accuracy entered by junior staff.

• Upload, classify, and control documentation (HBL, MBL, invoices, customs docs, etc.).

• Track and monitor shipment milestones, proactively flag delays or missing steps.

• Own workflow follow-up and ensure no pending shipments.

• Manage pre-alert preparation and communication with AU Ops team.

• Support charge entry, cost sheet review, and invoicing validation.

• Prepare operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management.

• Provide process improvement suggestions and assist in training new staff.

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with CargoWise One (CW1).

• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding & logistics operations.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Good English communication (email, report, operation coordination).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

• Experience in mentoring or supervising others is a plus.
