Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Senior Client Advisor specializing in Golden Visa and property investment to join our Ho Chi Minh City office. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for finding leads, managing client relationships, and closing high-value real estate and residency deals. The Senior Client Advisor will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, representing EMMAI with Vietnam’s high-net-worth community, and coordinating with developers and partners in Dubai.
Salary: 20 Million/month + performance-based commission
Key Responsibilities
● Lead generation & acquisition: Develop strategies to identify, qualify, and secure HNW clients interested in Dubai property and residency.
● Sales & deal closing: Conduct consultations, present projects, and close property investment transactions tied to Golden Visa.
● Relationship management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with Vietnamese investors and families.
● Market expertise: Stay updated on Dubai real estate projects, pricing, ROI, and visa regulations.
● Collaboration: Work closely with EMMAI’s Dubai office, developers and legal partners to deliver smooth transactions.
● Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
● Representation: Attend events, seminars, and private networking sessions to grow EMMAI’s client base

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
● 5+ years of proven experience in sales — ideally in real estate, investment advisory, or luxury services.
● Strong record of finding leads and closing high-value deals.
● Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Fluent in Vietnamese with strong English communication.
● High level of professionalism, discretion, and client-service orientation.
● Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated by results and performance incentives
