We are hiring a Senior Community Executive to join our team. This is a role that offers exposure to the front lines of community building/ development, strategy creation and execution. The Senior Community Executive is the liaison between the sellers and the internal teams including Account, Operations, and Engineering. You will focus partially on seller support and partially on community management by providing positive services and identifying new opportunities in your assigned region. This position is ideal for an individual with a marketing/ community management background in E-commerce who wants to be a part of an aggressive, growth-minded team that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Responsibilities:
50% seller support:
● Manage sellers' inquiries in terms of platform technical issues, order statuses, production updates, platform’s programs, etc.
● Provide exceptional support to sellers on public posts and via direct messages in a quick and efficient manner
● Collaborate with technical teams to keep sellers updated on issues/crisis in a timely manner
50% community management:
● Maintain and create content for communication channels such as website, blogs, social media
● Measure, monitor, and build detailed reports on community insight regarding our products and services
● Study our seller base and behaviors, create ways to effectively collect feedback, and creatively engage them through a number of engaging initiatives
● Determine sellers' pain points and escalate to manager, and manage those issues.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and strategically plan the timing for publishing the content that achieves our communication objectives
● Observe and build reports on competitor activities and market trends to keep everyone updated about our positioning in the market
● Generate high-quality social content by observing industry trends
● Host/ Co-host community events and activities including conferences, live streams, and speaker sessions, ensuring the brand is represented correctly and acting as the point person for all inquiries
● Professional maintain and expand social networking

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● +3 years experience of Community Management/ Content Creator, preferably in the eCommerce, online services or technology industries.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English
● Ability to use Canva or other graphic design tools is preferred
● Strong commitment and ownership towards goals or target assigned
● Ability to work under high pressure, large-scale communities and extra hours when necessary
● Experienced using analytical, marketing, productivity tools and online collaboration tools
● High attentive to details and well-organized
