ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join our Due Diligence team in Vietnam. KPMG’s Due Diligence group provides market leading financial and commercial due diligence and structuring advice and forms part of the firms’ overall deal advisory practice.
As a Deal Advisory professional, you will be at the forefront of advising local and international corporate and private equity clients on a variety of transaction types across a broad spectrum of industries. You will also work closely with KPMG professionals from our other deal advisory businesses and from across the firm.
Key responsibilities
• Analysis main sections in business’ historical performance and sustainability of earnings/cash flows, working capital cycles, financial projections, key contractual commitments, accounting policies and management report.
• Write detailed professional reports and other client deliverables.
• Accountability for the delivery of high quality engagement work for both self and others that is on time and ready for client/manager review.
• Demonstrating exemplary project management skills including focus on monitoring work progress, quality and cost against budget.
• Strengthening critical thinking and professional judgment skills including improving technical research skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Developing strong business acumen and industry knowledge to demonstrate value-add client service.
• Develop the foundation of a client contact network and seek to understand the client's business, key sectors and national markets.
• Demonstrating capacity and capability for continuous learning including actively seeking specific feedback from peers and managers.
• Serve as mentor to Consultants and newly hired staff as we further develop our team
• To contribute to or assist in drafting proposals, professional articles or marketing materials with a focus on winning work or enhancing the firm’s reputation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 2 years experience in audit, tax, financial/accounting advisory
• University graduate in in accounting, finance, audit, banking
• Understanding of financial statement
• Strong willingness and ability to further develop your technical knowledge and learn from others
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven analytical and thinking skills, with an attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork experience
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
• Ability/willingness to travel
• Demonstrated “can do” attitude
• University graduate in in accounting, finance, audit, banking
• Understanding of financial statement
