Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Position begins: as soon as possible
* Responsibilities:
- Work on the creation & execution on all content focused channels, increasing acquisition and retention
- Update the website with relevant content and information; Monitor and report on website performance and make recommendations on improvements and optimisations
- Work on email marketing strategies, being responsible for creating the content, monitoring the results and making necessary adjustments
- Work across content, landing pages and various customer touchpoints to optimise conversion from visitors to customers
- Manage brand social media channels
- Work closely with paid marketing & marketing operations management to ensure a joined up marketing approach
Perform any other duties that may be required (for ex: event support, partner relationship management,…)
* Current content marketing campaigns that you will take management of and expand upon include:
- A webpage and a blog page that need improvement on overall performance: domain authority, ranking,...
- A foundational social media presence
- An existing email marketing campaign and regular newsletter
- A community of academic experts to support creation of content
- A collection of landing pages designed to land and convert prospects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-2+ years experience in content marketing focused on customer acquisition; ability to create an engaging long and short-form copy
- A proven track record with the ability to demonstrate results across content marketing channels
- Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in using a variety of analytics tools
- Experience in working in a team to support the delivery of team objectives
- Ability to multitask and stay organised.
* An Advantage But Not Essential:
- Ability to create story-based content for use across our digital channels
- A demonstrable desire to keep abreast of current trends in marketing
- Understanding of SEO processes and best practices
- Experience using a variety of design & video editing tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut,... (training can be provided)
- Experience within education industry
