Senior Content Editor

What You’ll Do:

1. Content Leadership and Quality Control:

• Lead the review and editing of content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, style, and consistency across all platforms (website, blogs, social media, etc.) in both English and Vietnamese.

• Ensure that all content not only aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines but also drives strategic business objectives.

• Provide expert feedback to writers and content creators, guiding them to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their work.

2. Content Strategy and Development:

• Develop and implement content strategies that support the company’s business goals and deeply engage our target audience.

• Drive the ideation and refinement of content ideas, ensuring they are innovative, relevant, and resonate with our audience.

• Act as the guardian of our Branding Guidelines, ensuring all content is cohesive and aligned with the brand’s identity and strategic vision.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences, leveraging insights to guide content creation and strategy.

3. Project Management and Workflow Optimisation:

• Oversee and optimise the entire content production process, from ideation to publication, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with writers, designers, and other senior team members to ensure a smooth workflow and consistent messaging across all platforms.

• Manage and strategically plan the content calendar, aligning content delivery with marketing campaigns, business objectives, and audience engagement goals.

4. Content Optimisation and Performance Analysis:

• Lead efforts to optimise content for SEO, readability, and engagement, ensuring top performance on search engines and social media platforms.

• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and greater impact.

• Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, and adheres to industry best practices for digital content.

5. Senior Copywriting and Content Creation:

• Occasionally create or contribute to high-impact content pieces, maintaining and elevating the brand’s voice and tone.

• Collaborate closely with the design team to create multimedia content (graphics, videos) that enhances written content and drives engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years of senior-level experience in content editing, writing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating editorial leadership and content strategy experience.

• Expertise: Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style (both in Vietnamese and English).

• Strategic Mindset: A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to enhance content through effective editing and a deep understanding of brand voice and business objectives.

• Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback, and lead a team to success.

• Organisational Skills: Superior project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and proven experience in optimising content for search engines.

• Digital Savvy: Extensive experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital content platforms.

• Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to analyse content performance, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
