Senior Content Marketing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business goals; • Produce high-quality a wide variety of content - blogs, e-books, whitepapers, videos, and webinars on website and social media channels; • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement; • Measure the effectiveness of communication of the implemented content. Monitor and report Content effectiveness to direct management. ● Understand the target audience's psychology and create compatible content to attract them, turning them into potential customers. ● Creating content for advertising campaigns to ensure it meets the target audience's needs. ● Working closely with SEO, web, media team, and advertising agencies to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics; ● Update trends to develop new ideas to increase interaction and brand recognition. ● Monitor, analyze, and evaluate content marketing effectiveness metrics and research customer insights to optimize effectiveness. ● Tasks are assigned by the line manager.

●Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business or a related field; ● At least two years of experience in similar positions; ● Proven success in developing content marketing campaigns; ● Excellent written skills and ability to communicate at all levels; ● Keen eye for detail; ● Have a deep understanding of social media channels, especially Facebook and Tiktok; ● Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically; ● Skills in planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively; ● Fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Preferred skills ● Have a strong background in Service Marketing and Inbound Marketing; ● Proficiency with content and social media strategy; ● Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; ● Experience in education or service.
