What We Can Offer
• Work on delivering the app engagement content plan and manage content execution on Home Credit app;
• Collaborate with the Home Credit App Product Owner/Product Manager, the MKT Content Lead, and the Content Executive to ensure that the in-app engagement content meets the requirements for best experience, app engagements, and interactions while retaining our Home Credit brand voice;
• Take the initiative, anticipate problems, and develop solutions and ensure content quality;
• Understand and apply user insights and metrics to the content, while guiding team member (Content Executive) for the same.
• Capable of making effective content decisions that align with both user needs and business goals;
• Capable of justifying and communicating your decisions with solid, compelling arguments;
• Applying a universal brand voice with different tones for different audiences/segments;
• Having an open mind and is willing to try new things;
• Strong time management, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills are required;
• Frequency in speaking English is required.
