Currently, we are seeking a Senior Content Researcher with expertise in business law and entrepreneurship to lead research efforts on LLC formation and small business compliance. This role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and simplifying legal and regulatory information to help individuals and entrepreneurs understand how to start, manage, and maintain a Limited Liability Company (LLC). You will ensure our content is accurate, accessible, and actionable for readers at different stages of starting their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research federal, state, and local requirements related to LLC formation, registration, and compliance.
- Break down complex legal and regulatory processes into clear, practical guidance for entrepreneurs.
- Monitor changes in business laws, filing fees, and compliance regulations to keep content up to date.
- Support writers, editors, and strategists by providing accurate research materials, references, and fact-checking.
- Develop structured research reports, step-by-step guides, and FAQs to enhance content depth.
- Collaborate with legal experts, business consultants, and editorial teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Train and mentor junior researchers in best practices for legal and business content research.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Legal Studies, or related field (JD, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
- IELTS >= 7.0 (Certificate Required)
- Familiar with WordPress Editor
- 2+ years of experience in legal/business research, content development, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of LLC formation processes, small business regulations, and legal frameworks.
- Familiar with government and legal research tools (state SOS websites, IRS resources, Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex laws into simple, actionable guidance for a non-legal audience.
