- Meeting with the account team to clearly get the client's brief and discuss to clarify their requirements
- Familiarising with the product/service, target audience and competitors' marketing activities in the market.
- Meeting with other members in the planning team (planners, strategy lead,...) to discuss and firm the strategic directions
- Come up with creative strategy which solve client's requirement and match both audience insight the social media trends
- Brainstorm big ideas and concepts to embody the communication strategy
- Maximise the use of Creatory’s available resources (such as: KOLs, virtual KOLs, virtual production, communities, etc.) to leverage creative communication strategy for clients
- Leverage digital platforms such as Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Discord,etc… to stretch brand message
- Deploy creative execution ideas or content angles which are in-line with the campaign big ideas/concept
- Write clear, persuasive, original copy to demonstrate our ideas
- Join pitching with persuasive storytelling
- Modify plan based on client's feedback and request in planning phase
- Adjust execution plan to adapt the market trends or reality if necessary in execution phase
- Coordinate and quality check the proposals from freelance planner if any
2. Execution (45%)
- Develop detailed script for the campaign (TVC, viral video, tiktok challenges, KOL review videos outline, KOL live stream content outline, branded social post...)
- Utilise different language styles and tones that both represent various brand voices and appeal to various target audiences.
- Responsible for constant detailed revision and rewriting the copy either at the request of the client or to tune up the communication for maximising views and engagement.
- Join the assessment of KOL choice to deliver properly the right mood and tone of the campaign
- Debrief creative ideas for production team to bring the ideas to life
- Follow up production phase (TVC/video/photo shooting, video production,...) and give feedbacks to make sure the campaign execution ideas are produced and carried out smoothly
- Quality check the copy that is generated by team members or freelance copywriters and offer feedback when necessary.
- Quality check the KOLs' outline scripts to make sure they convey the right message
3. Others (10%)
- Conduct research and gather knowledge from creative course to build and develop creative team
- Research insights from different target audiences for further effective planning
- Support internal teams to generate creative ideas to conduct internal activities
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Competence in spoken and written English communication.
- The advantage of College or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Filming, Communication or Journalism.
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar position in marketing, advertising, creative production or commercial film industry
- Experience in commercial video projects such as Youtube videos, TVC/iTVC, viral videos, commercial film/video ads, KOL videos, Comedy Drama Film, is plus.
- Ability to write concise, compelling copy and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Energy, stamina, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of creativity, imagination, initiative and enthusiasm.
- Interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.
- Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.
- Work within strict budgets.
- Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
- Experience in research or interest in Web3, Blockchain, and Crypto is a bonus.
